Power of the Non-Porous Grinder

Conventional grinders have a porosity of about 40 percent. When processing raw materials, proteins such as meat juices can penetrate the pores and create a massive reservoir for bacteria. These pores can also cause the grinder to crack. In contrast, the non-porous grinder helps prevent bacterial contamination and grinder damage, allows operation in contact mode, and contributes to outstanding ultrafine processing and improved yield.
