Features
The grinder lineup that enables the superior friction grinding power of the Ultrafine Friction Grinder, producing extremely fine particles with rounded shapes, includes more than 200 variations when classified by material, particle size, groove shape, and other factors. Antibacterial grinders are also available to support HACCP measures for food manufacturers and related facilities.
Power of the Non-Porous Grinder
Conventional grinders have a porosity of about 40 percent. When processing raw materials, proteins such as meat juices can penetrate the pores and create a massive reservoir for bacteria. These pores can also cause the grinder to crack. In contrast, the non-porous grinder helps prevent bacterial contamination and grinder damage, allows operation in contact mode, and contributes to outstanding ultrafine processing and improved yield.
