〈Grinder〉

Do grinders wear down? Does worn material affect the human body?

They do wear at a level that is not visible to the eye, just as household knives and mixer blades wear slightly each time they are used. Metal blades can introduce tiny worn particles into the body. Our grinders, however, are made of ceramic. Ceramic is produced by heat-treating inorganic raw materials and does not originally contain harmful substances. Even if it enters the body, it is not absorbed and is discharged, so it does not affect the human body. If it were harmful, it could not be permanently implanted in the body like artificial teeth or joints. We can submit an analysis test report if needed.

Do “stone mill” and “grinder” mean the same thing?

Yes. Stone mill = grinder.

Are there materials that are not compatible with grinder processing?

Yes, some materials are not compatible. (Examples) - Metals that stretch under pressure, such as copper and aluminum - Flammable metals such as magnesium - Alkaline solvents such as sodium hypochlorite Please contact us each time and we will respond.

Do you have any precautions or countermeasures regarding grinder-to-grinder wear and possible contamination?

We recommend visual checks before operation for cracks, chips and breakage. Countermeasures include sensors to prevent dry running when material runs out. Sensor-related items are optional.

How many spare grinders should we keep?

Based on past cases such as accidental dropping and breakage, we recommend keeping two spare sets of each.

〈Power Supply〉

How many kW does the Super Masscoloider require?

It depends on motor horsepower. (Examples) MKCA6-5J(3.75kW) MKZA10-15JⅣ(11kW) MKZA15-40JⅣ(30kW) The number to the right of the hyphen indicates motor horsepower. 15 HP is 11 kW, and 40 HP is 30 kW.

〈Feeding〉

If a person is expected to stay with the machine to feed material, do you have recommended auxiliary equipment for automatic feeding?

Material can be fed into the machine using pumps, conveyors and other equipment. The best conveying and feeding method depends on the material, so we can recommend options if you provide details. The Super Masscoloider also has an optional Smart Meister automatic control function, enabling continuous grinding without a person standing by.

〈Safety Devices〉

Is there a safety measure to prevent operation when the grinding chamber is open?

An emergency stop button is provided. Safety devices such as proximity switches that prevent operation when open are standard specifications.

When emergency stop is pressed, does the machine coast to a stop or stop instantly?

It coasts to a stop.
