Half a century has passed since the Super Masscolloider, an ultrafine friction grinder equipped with a non-porous grinder, was introduced ahead of the world. Through continual advances in performance, efficiency, and functionality, the fourth-generation Hyper Masscolloider IV has now been released as the culmination of that development.
By pushing particle size control and processing capacity to the highest level, the machine delivers performance that was previously difficult to achieve. From soft to hard materials, and from fiber-rich materials to crystals, it enables ultrafine processing of virtually all substances except diamond.
In addition to safety that complies with global standards such as CE marking, UL, and the KCS mark, the machine has been thoroughly redesigned for ease of use and safety, earning recognition as a completed form of friction grinder.
The grinder rotational speed can be freely adjusted from 1,000 to 3,600 rpm, enabling the desired particle size and maximum production volume. It also fully draws out the performance of high-torque α parts such as the Micro Cutter and Rough Cutter.
