Masuko Sangyo Co., Ltd. is a Saitama “Designated Factory.”
A Saitama factory is designated by the Governor of Saitama Prefecture as a partner in building a prosperous Saitama, recognizing factories with outstanding technology and environmental initiatives.
The program hopes that many factories in Saitama will become good workplaces for employees, good neighbors for their communities, and factories that contribute to society in many ways.
It promotes “factory development loved by the local community” as one ideal form for factories, while encouraging deeper interaction with local communities and society and better factory environments.
Factories Eligible for Designation
- Factories working to improve workplace comfort and employee welfare
- Factories improving appearance and greenery while considering the surrounding environment
- Factories actively working to prevent pollution
- Factories contributing to society by opening their facilities and through other activities
- Factories promoting awareness of manufacturing by accepting factory tours and similar activities
- Factories whose technologies or products represent the prefecture and improve Saitama’s image
- Factories contributing to local employment opportunities, including expanded employment for middle-aged and older workers
Factories that meet one of these criteria and serve as a model for others.

If you would like to tour the factory, please be sure to call us in advance.
Factory tours are generally accepted during factory operating hours.
Please note that we may not be able to accept tours depending on business conditions.
